Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
  • Experience conducting assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention in school settings
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and data interpretation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams
  • Organizational skills for documentation and case management
  • Passion for student advocacy and inclusive education

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological and psychoeducational assessments to support student learning
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and behavior intervention plans
  • Provide individual and group counseling, as well as crisis intervention
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families on interventions and student progress
  • Participate in school-based teams to inform policies and support student well-being
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to ethical, legal, and district guidelines
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance practice
