Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience with assessments, counseling, and developing IEPs preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, families, and students
• Strong organizational, documentation, and time management abilities
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding special education

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic evaluations for students
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide counseling, behavioral interventions, and crisis support as needed
• Facilitate prevention and early intervention programs to enhance student learning and social-emotional growth
• Serve as a resource and consultant to educators and families regarding behavioral and academic issues
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
