Essential Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or eligibility in Massachusetts
• Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or related field
• Knowledge of psychological and academic assessment tools
• Experience working in a school setting or with children/adolescents
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Understanding of special education laws and RTI/MTSS practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and write clear, actionable reports
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP development
• Deliver counseling and intervention services to individual students and groups
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to recommend strategies and supports
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Assist with the implementation of school-wide or targeted mental health initiatives
• Maintain accurate and confidential records
