Key Qualifications:

• Hold a current Colorado Department of Education (CDE) School Psychologist License
• Demonstrated school-based experience, preferably in an elementary setting
• Solid understanding of social-emotional learning and student support services
• Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills
• Collaborative and adaptable communication style with staff, students, and families
• Comfortable providing onsite-only support

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results for educational planning
• Provide individual and group counseling to students, addressing academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Contribute expertise to multi-disciplinary problem-solving teams and crisis intervention efforts
• Deliver proactive guidance to promote healthy social and emotional growth
• Maintain accurate documentation while adhering to ethical and legal standards within the school framework

This contract spans the full 2026–2027 academic year, offering a highly engaged, supportive setting for your clinical skills. You’ll work a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week between two well-respected elementary campuses in the Boulder area.
