Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active School Psychologist license required
  • Experience working with students in elementary, middle, and high school settings (grades K-12)
  • Solid understanding of child and adolescent development
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments, interpret results, and develop actionable plans
  • Strong collaboration skills to partner with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psycho-educational assessments and interpret data for students across all grade levels
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to help develop IEPs and 504 plans
  • Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention as needed
  • Support students in overcoming academic, social, and emotional barriers to success
  • Consult with educators, parents, and outside professionals to recommend strategies and interventions
  • Contribute to a positive school climate by implementing evidence-based prevention programs
