Desired Qualifications:

• Valid certification or licensure as a school psychologist (or eligibility to obtain state licensure)
• Knowledge of psychological testing techniques, assessments, and best practices in school psychology
• Experience with IEPs, Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), or Response to Intervention (RTI) processes preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with staff, students, and families
• Ability to maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Compassion and flexibility to support diverse student needs across K-12

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psycho-educational and behavioral assessments
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions as needed
• Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings, supporting data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and monitor student interventions
• Offer crisis intervention and help foster a positive school climate
• Assist with consultation and training for staff on mental health and behavioral strategies
