Key Qualifications:

  • Current or eligibility for Washington State certification through OSPI
  • Experience with school-aged children, preferably in elementary and/or middle school settings
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills

  • Adaptable mindset and positive attitude working in a school environment
  • Willingness to work full time onsite (no hybrid/remote options)
  • Open to travelers with appropriate certification eligibility

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for elementary and middle school students
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop individualized education plans
  • Deliver counseling services to students, supporting academic, social, and emotional growth
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide professional insights
  • Advise on effective interventions, accommodations, and behavioral strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
  • Foster positive relationships within a supportive school community
