Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid and current state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
  • Proven experience working in school settings with diverse student populations
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to advocate for student needs
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to identify student strengths and areas of need
  • Develop and help implement evidence-based intervention strategies for academic, social, emotional, and behavioral concerns
  • Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to build effective support plans for students
  • Offer crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
  • Support the creation and maintenance of positive school climates promoting student well-being
