What We’re Looking For:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or state licensure
- Experience conducting evaluations, assessments, and counseling in school settings
- Familiarity with ELIS psych processes and documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students, staff, and parents
- Ability to create and implement intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Commitment to supporting students from diverse backgrounds and with varying learning needs
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
- Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide individual and group counseling to students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address behavioral, social, and academic concerns
- Support crisis intervention and promote a safe school climate
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and reports, including those related to ELIS psych requirements
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on mental health, learning disabilities, and behavior management strategies
