Make a meaningful impact in an educational setting by supporting middle school students as a dedicated professional in school psychology. This contract opportunity offers consistent full-time hours (30 per week) Monday through Friday, with a focus on conducting evaluations and offering critical support to students as needed. Your work will be key in guiding student progress and collaborating with educators to create positive outcomes for learners who face behavioral, mental health, or emotional challenges.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a school or youth-serving environment (preferred)
  • Master’s degree in psychology, school psychology, or related field (preferred)
  • Expertise conducting assessments and evaluations for middle school-aged students
  • Demonstrated experience with tiered intervention systems and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) curricula
  • Proficiency supporting students with counseling goals who are on an IEP
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
  • Ability to respond thoughtfully and effectively to complex student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer comprehensive psychological evaluations for middle school students
  • Interpret assessment data to assist in educational planning and program development
  • Provide direct and indirect support to students when needed to support their social, emotional, and behavioral well-being
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and provide evidence-based recommendations for student goals
  • Implement and monitor tiered interventions in partnership with faculty
  • Offer consultation to teachers and families on managing and assisting students with diverse needs
