Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Prior experience working within school settings preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other support staff
- Knowledge of multi-tiered systems of support and Special Education processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
- Develop and implement intervention strategies to address students’ needs
- Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and behavioral interventions for students as required
- Serve as a resource and consultant for school staff and families
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student well-being and success
- Maintain detailed and compliant records and documentation
