Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working in K-12 educational settings
  • Strong understanding of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, and parents
  • Ability to conduct assessments, interpret results, and write comprehensive reports
  • Collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret data to support informed decision-making
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding interventions and strategies
  • Offer counseling and support services to students, helping address behavioral and emotional challenges
  • Lead and participate in crisis intervention and prevention initiatives
  • Maintain thorough records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Stay current on best practices in school psychology and participate in professional development as needed
