Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience working with PreK-8th grade populations
- Strong skills in educational and psychological evaluation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with relevant laws and best practices in school psychology
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and interpret psychological and educational assessments for diverse learners
- Attend and contribute to meetings regarding student support plans, interventions, and eligibility
- Provide input and recommendations based on evaluation outcomes to guide individualized educational programming
- Consult with teachers and staff to foster supportive learning environments
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
