This full-time, onsite contract opportunity will have you engaging directly with students and staff across two elementary schools. As a School Psychologist, you’ll play a key part in ensuring student well-being, collaborating with educators, and implementing programs that foster academic and social-emotional growth.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active and valid CDE School Psychologist License required
  • Previous experience working as a School Psychologist in a K-12 setting
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills tailored to school-aged children
  • Ability to work effectively as part of multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for students in need
  • Provide direct and indirect support and counseling to students facing academic or personal challenges
  • Consult with teachers and parents regarding interventions, behavioral plans, and individualized educational strategies
  • Participate in IEP/504 plan meetings, offering insights and recommendations based on evaluation findings
  • Develop and implement evidence-based programs to promote positive student behavior and learning environments
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed throughout the school year
