Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid School Psychologist credential or eligibility for certification in Massachusetts
• Previous experience in an elementary (K-5) setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and multi-tiered systems of support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for K-5 students to identify strengths and areas of need
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to foster a supportive learning environment
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral support as needed
• Participate in school team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision making
• Advocate for equitable access to resources and services for all students
