Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
- Eligibility for state licensure as a School Psychologist (limited licensure welcome)
- Solid understanding of assessment tools and behavioral interventions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel between Adrian and Tecumseh sites as needed
- Passion for fostering inclusive, positive learning environments
Responsibilities:
- Complete psychoeducational assessments to support individualized education plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop interventions and support for students
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expertise in student evaluations
- Offer counseling services and social-emotional support as appropriate
- Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Counsel students on personal and academic issues
- Contribute to a safe, encouraging school climate
