Support the academic, behavioral, and emotional development of students as a full-time School Psychologist working across two dynamic school communities for the upcoming school year. Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
• Eligibility for state licensure as a School Psychologist (limited licensure welcome)
• Solid understanding of assessment tools and behavioral interventions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to travel between Adrian and Tecumseh sites as needed
• Passion for fostering inclusive, positive learning environments

Responsibilities:

• Complete psychoeducational assessments to support individualized education plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop interventions and support for students
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expertise in student evaluations
• Offer counseling services and social-emotional support as appropriate
• Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Counsel students on personal and academic issues
• Contribute to a safe, encouraging school climate
