An exciting contract opportunity is available for a skilled School Psychologist to support K-12 students across multiple sites in the Brownsville, VT area. Key Qualifications:

  • Active Vermont (VT) School Psychologist license (required)
  • Previous experience working within K-12 settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, evaluation, and testing skills
  • Ability to travel to and support multiple school locations as assigned
  • Comfortable working onsite, Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
  • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational and behavioral assessments for students ages kindergarten through grade 12
  • Administer, score, and interpret standardized tests to identify students’ academic, cognitive, and emotional needs
  • Collaborate with other educational professionals as needed to share assessment findings
  • Prepare clear, thorough evaluation reports in compliance with state and district protocols
  • Provide recommendations for interventions or supports based on assessment results
  • Maintain detailed and confidential records for all evaluations
  • Adhere to all relevant state, federal, and district policies and ethical standards
