Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations and assessments
• Strong skills in counseling, behavioral intervention, and consultation
• Familiarity with the IEP process and writing relevant, solution-oriented reports
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents
• Compassionate and student-focused approach to problem-solving

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ cognitive, academic, behavioral, and emotional needs through testing and observation
• Develop individualized recommendations and interventions to support student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP and 504 planning
• Serve as a resource to staff and families in addressing learning and behavior concerns
• Provide direct and indirect support services to students, including counseling and crisis intervention
• Help foster a positive and inclusive school climate
