What You’ll Bring:

  • Valid state licensure/certification as a school psychologist
  • Experience with psychoeducational assessments and interpretation
  • Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and legal compliance
  • Comfort working with diverse student populations and collaborating with teachers, parents, and administration
  • Familiarity with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI), and evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and case management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ strengths and needs
  • Interpret evaluation data and provide recommendations for educational planning and interventions
  • Participate in IEP meetings, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Counsel students individually or in small groups to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional concerns
  • Consult with teachers and staff on effective instructional and behavioral support techniques
  • Provide crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and support during critical incidents
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
