Key Qualifications:
- Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings
- Familiarity with assessment tools and individualized education plan (IEP) processes
- Strong communication and collaborative skills with educators, parents, and students
- Ability to provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral consultation
- Comfortable working on-site; preference will be given to on-site candidates
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct evaluations to identify students’ cognitive, academic, and emotional needs
- Participate actively in the development and implementation of IEPs
- Provide direct counseling and support services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to address student needs
- Support the creation and maintenance of positive, inclusive school climates
- Offer crisis assessment and response as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with state and school policies
