Step into a rewarding contract opportunity for experienced School Psychologists passionate about supporting students across multiple educational levels. This role involves working with elementary through high school-aged students, addressing a range of psychoeducational needs within a vibrant school community. The assignment is set for 37.5 hours per week, providing a consistent, full-time schedule.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting psychological evaluations—both educational and autism-related—for re-evaluations and initial assessments. You'll also take part in MD ARD meetings as necessary and present evaluation outcomes at ARDs for the students you've assessed. A small caseload will involve providing counseling as a related service, focused mostly on indirect support, which may vary depending on campus assignments. The work environment is collaborative, and assignments are tailored to suit candidate strengths and experience levels.
What you bring:
- Valid professional license as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations in educational settings
- Comfort participating in ARD meetings and sharing results with stakeholders
- Ability to provide relevant counseling services as determined by student and campus needs
- Commitment to high standards of ethical and professional practice
- Completion of background checks, fingerprinting, and drug screening as required
Preferred experience includes working across elementary, intermediate, middle, and high school settings. Demonstrated flexibility and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams are highly valued.
