School Psychologist - Burleson, TX

Key Qualifications:

• Active License Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) or Associate School Psychologist Credential (Board of Examiners of Psychologist required)
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency is a plus
• Experience with Autism (AU), Emotional Disturbance (ED), Other Health Impairment (OHI), ADHD evaluations, Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA), and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage an itinerant schedule between up to 5 campuses

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and behavioral assessments for elementary and middle school students
• Deliver direct intervention services to support emotional, behavioral, and academic development
• Develop, implement, and monitor FBAs and BIPs in collaboration with educational teams
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to determine eligibility for special services and create Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district policies and timelines
• Serve as a trusted consultant for teachers, administrators, and families as they support student success
