School Psychologist in Burleson, TX

A fulfilling contract opportunity awaits a dedicated School Psychologist or Licensed Specialist in School Psychology who excels in collaborating with multiple campuses. Starting August 10, 2026, and running through May 21, 2027, you will provide crucial services across five schools, predominantly elementary with some middle school assignments, all within a supportive and dynamic environment near Burleson, TX.

Key Qualifications:

• Active License Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) or Associate School Psychologist Credential required as issued by the Board of Examiners of Psychologists
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is an asset
• Ability to handle a traveling, itinerant schedule across multiple campuses
• Must be able to complete or verify fingerprints through the TEA (Texas Education Agency)
• Strong skills in assessments, direct services, and developing/implementing FBAs/BIPs, specifically for AU, ED, and OHI populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and deliver services for students with Autism (AU), Emotional Disturbance (ED), and Other Health Impairments (OHI) including ADHD
• Provide direct psychological support and interventions
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to support student needs
• Travel between five assigned campuses, building meaningful, lasting relationships
