Key Qualifications:

• Active Vermont School Psychologist license required
• Previous experience working in a K-12 educational setting
• Demonstrated expertise in identifying and supporting students with learning disabilities
• Proficient in conducting educational and psychological evaluations
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple caseloads across different school sites

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver psychological services to students in grades K-12
• Conduct 50-60 evaluations per academic year, focusing on learning disability identification and intervention
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop and implement effective student plans
• Participate in problem-solving and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Maintain clear and accurate records in compliance with state and school policies
• Serve as a resource for school personnel regarding behavioral and mental health issues
• Work onsite Monday through Friday, providing support consistently across all assigned locations
