Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure and certification as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Familiarity with MTSS, IEPs, and special education processes
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for eligibility and intervention planning
  • Provide individual and group counseling for students
  • Consult with educators and parents to develop strategies that promote student success and positive behavior
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development and reviews
  • Support crisis intervention and provide expertise in behavioral intervention planning
  • Maintain thorough documentation while adhering to state and federal guidelines
