Qualifications:

  • Current and valid School Psychologist certification and state licensure
  • Experience serving in elementary, middle, and high school settings
  • Proficiency in psychoeducational assessment, interpretation, and counseling
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs and develop intervention strategies
  • Partner with educators, families, and other specialists to support student learning and emotional health
  • Develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct counseling services to students
  • Assist in designing effective behavioral and academic interventions
  • Participate in crisis response and provide recommendations for supporting student safety and well-being
