We are seeking candidates with expertise in assessment, intervention, problem-solving, and mental health support. Opportunities are available for both full-time and part-time in-person roles, as well as possible hybrid arrangements. While specific school locations are still being finalized, you’ll work standard school hours from 8 AM to 4 PM, supporting a K-12 caseload (early childhood services are not part of this position).
Required Qualifications:
- Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or equivalent).
- Valid Minnesota school psychologist license through PELSB.
- Strong commitment to equity and culturally responsive educational practices.
- Proven skills in assessment, intervention, and providing mental health supports within school settings.
Preferred Background:
- National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or eligibility.
- Previous work within an MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) environment.
- Leadership experience supporting and coaching adult learners.
- Background in crisis prevention, intervention, and mental health support.
- Comprehensive understanding of federal and state special education laws.
- Prior success working in urban, multicultural educational environments.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
