These roles feature both full-year and leave coverage positions, providing options to suit your availability and interests.

Openings include:

• Two full-year Behavior Specialist positions (2.0 FTE)
• One Behavior Specialist position (1.0 FTE) covering a 4–6 week leave, with potential extension
• One Behavior Specialist position (1.0 FTE) covering a leave through at least late September, possibly longer

Qualifications & Experience:

• Advanced degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Moderate or greater experience in a job-related environment
• Valid Minnesota special education teaching license, school social worker license, or school psychologist license issued by PELSB, or active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (or working toward certification)
• Experience as an EBD/ASD Teacher with background in behavior intervention, or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based behavioral consultation, intervention, and assessment
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement positive behavior support plans
• Offer crisis intervention and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Document and monitor student progress toward behavioral goals
• Deliver training and ongoing support to staff regarding behavior management techniques
