Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current School Psychologist certification (state credentials required)
  • Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
  • Experience conducting assessments, developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and delivering counseling services
  • Strong understanding of Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI)
  • Ability to form constructive relationships with students, educators, and parents
  • Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students through psychoeducational assessments to identify learning, behavioral, or emotional needs
  • Develop data-driven intervention strategies and collaborate with teachers and staff on implementation
  • Provide individual and group counseling for students as needed
  • Participate actively in IEP and student support meetings, offering professional insights and recommendations
  • Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts on campus
  • Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding mental health and academic concerns
