School Psychologist | Cairo, Georgia

Embark on a fulfilling contract opportunity as a School Psychologist, supporting K-12 students in a vibrant educational setting near Cairo, GA. This full-time role begins July 15, 2025, and continues through May 22, 2026, providing 32.5–35 hours of meaningful work each week. Whether you’re newly certified or bring years of experience, your expertise will help shape the educational journeys of students across all grade levels during the upcoming school year.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Specialist degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience working with K-12 populations preferred, but open to recent graduates
• Strong communication, assessment, and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with IEP processes, MTSS/RTI frameworks, and diverse behavioral interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and contribute to eligibility decisions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide counseling and intervention services to students as needed
• Assist in the creation of effective behavior and academic support plans
• Maintain thorough, confidential documentation and contribute to compliance
