Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid and current certification/license to practice as a School Psychologist
• Familiarity with assessment tools, psychological testing, and intervention methods for students across grade levels
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of current best practices in special education, 504 plans, and individualized education programs (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations
• Interpret assessment results and communicate findings to parents, teachers, and staff
• Develop recommendations to assist in the development of IEPs and 504 plans
• Provide consultation and guidance to teachers and staff to support effective educational strategies
• Deliver direct and indirect interventions to promote students’ social, emotional, and behavioral growth
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate on crisis intervention and prevention initiatives
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation in accordance with policies and regulations
