You'll collaborate closely with educators and school teams to ensure that each student’s unique learning needs are understood and addressed.

Qualifications:

  • Hold, or be eligible for, a Massachusetts School Psychologist License
  • Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a closely related field
  • Advanced Studies degree is a plus
  • Preferred minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience within public school environments
  • A strong record of working with students from diverse and multicultural backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to interpret assessment results and inform individualized educational plans
  • Employ up-to-date evaluation methods to support students’ academic and emotional development
  • Provide clear, concise assessment reports for school teams and families
  • Consult with educators, administrators, and families to develop intervention strategies
  • Remain current on assessment best practices and legal guidelines in school psychology
