School Psychologist | Cambridge, Massachusetts

This contract opportunity provides the chance to collaborate within a dynamic educational environment, working with students in grades K-5 across two elementary schools. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid and current credentials as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably in a school setting
• Strong skills in psychoeducational assessments, behavioral and academic interventions, and developing IEPs
• Excellent communication and collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families
• Ability to manage a full-time (40 hours/week) schedule split between two school campuses
• Adaptable, organized, and committed to supporting diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for K-5 students and interpret results for educational planning
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and review of individualized plans
• Collaborate with educators and families to design effective behavioral and academic interventions
• Offer consultative support to teachers and staff regarding students’ social-emotional and learning needs
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
• Maintain detailed, confidential records in compliance with district and state regulations
