School Psychologist | Cambridge, Massachusetts

Step into a vital support role as a full-time School Psychologist making a difference for elementary students. This contract opportunity is based near Cambridge, MA and provides the chance to work across two K-5 elementary schools. Your expertise will help students navigate academic, behavioral, and social challenges, all while collaborating closely with dedicated educators and supportive families.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid license or certification as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience in a K-5 or elementary school setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a caseload split between two schools

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students in grades K-5
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and support services as needed
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to design effective student support strategies
• Collaborate with school teams to monitor student progress and make data-driven recommendations
• Assist with team meetings, behavior interventions, and consultative services for both school locations
