School Psychologist - Cambridge, Massachusetts

Qualifications:

• Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a closely related field
• State certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
• Strong ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and response to intervention (RTI)
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with students, educators, and families

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for referred students
• Provide crisis intervention, behavioral consultation, and counseling as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop strategies for academic and social success
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents on student learning and mental health challenges
• Facilitate and participate in IEP meetings and help create appropriate goals and interventions
• Deliver training and guidance to staff on relevant mental health and behavioral topics
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
