Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology required
  • Hold a valid certification or licensure to practice as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with both elementary and high school students is highly valued
  • Strong skills in conducting psychological assessments and developing intervention plans
  • Ability to build rapport with students ranging from kindergarten to 12th grade
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify learning, behavioral, or emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans for students
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to facilitate student success
  • Participate in meetings, including IEPs, and provide recommendations for services and supports
  • Offer direct counseling or crisis intervention as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state regulations
