Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
• Experience with psychoeducational assessment tools and interpreting results
• Strong knowledge of IEP process, RTI/MTSS frameworks, and special education laws
• Exceptional communication, consultation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and age groups
• Previous school-based experience is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and write clear, actionable reports
• Participate as an active member of multi-disciplinary teams for evaluations and eligibility determinations
• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies
• Support crisis prevention and intervention efforts within the school
• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, as needed
• Provide consultation and professional development for teachers, families, and staff
• Monitor student progress and collaborate on the development of IEPs and 504 plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to best practices and ethical standards
