Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with school-age children (preferred)
• Strong ability to administer, score, and interpret psychoeducational assessments
• Knowledge of federal and state special education laws and best practices
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ needs, strengths, and challenges
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to design effective interventions
• Participate in multidisciplinary and IEP team meetings, providing psychological expertise
• Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development through counseling sessions and classroom interventions
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, reports, and case records in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, fostering a safe and supportive school climate
