A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist providing services via telehealth. This position supports students’ academic, social, and emotional development through remote psychological assessment and consultation within a school setting.
Location: Canby, OR (Remote Telehealth)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations of students using telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide consultation and guidance to staff regarding behavioral interventions and mental health strategies
- Monitor student progress and adjust recommendations as needed
- Maintain thorough and confidential records in compliance with district and legal requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience delivering psychological services via telehealth within educational settings
- Familiarity with federal and state special education regulations and assessment tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse student populations and school personnel
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
