An exciting contract opportunity is available for a dedicated School Psychologist to work with elementary students for the 2026-2027 academic year. This onsite position, located in a welcoming educational environment, offers a chance to support students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional needs from August 24, 2026, through June 4, 2027. Full-time hours are prioritized, but those seeking part-time can also be considered for this rewarding role.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must hold an active, valid Michigan School Psychologist license (please include license info upon application)
• Master’s degree in School Psychology from an accredited college/university required
• Previous experience providing psychological services in a school setting highly preferred
• Solid understanding of child development, assessment, and evidence-based interventions
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations for elementary students
• Deliver direct and indirect counseling services to address personal, behavioral, and academic challenges
• Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to develop and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators on strategies to enhance student learning and well-being
• Help foster a positive, inclusive school climate through prevention programs and staff consultation
