Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results to guide student support
• Participate in Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and design/implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Join IEP meetings, assisting in personalized education plan development
• Consult with teachers and staff on academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Monitor students in-class, create individualized strategies, and oversee effective interventions
• Contribute to crisis intervention and maintain a positive, safe learning environment
• Utilize data-driven practices to continuously assess and adjust support plans

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in School Psychology
• Valid New York School Psychologist Certification
• Prior experience in K–12 settings preferred
• Skilled in assessment, collaboration, and communication
