You will serve as a vital Psych/Behavior Consultant, conducting comprehensive assessments and shaping personalized plans that foster student success.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in School Psychology required
• Active New York School Psychologist Certification
• Strong preference for candidates with K–12 public school experience
• Exceptional skills in assessment, communication, and collaboration

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform psychological evaluations and interpret results
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on creating individualized education plans
• Provide expert consultation and support to educators regarding behavioral, academic, and social-emotional needs
• Implement evidence-based interventions in diverse classroom settings
• Contribute to crisis intervention efforts and help nurture a safe, positive school environment
• Use data-driven practices for monitoring student progress and informing decisions
