You’ll provide essential support and guidance across three buildings, managing a focused caseload of 50 students. Desired Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification/license (state or national, as required)
• Experience working with elementary (K-4) populations
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Familiarity with IEP development, behavioral interventions, and academic support strategies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent organization, communication, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments of K-4 students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education and intervention plans
• Deliver counseling and mental health support to students as appropriate
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth and well-being
• Facilitate small groups, classroom presentations, and prevention programs
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Maintain accurate student records and comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Travel between three buildings as part of your regular rotation
