Key Qualifications:

  • Licensed or certified as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience working with students in PreK-12 educational settings.
  • Strong background in conducting evaluations, developing IEPs, creating and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and progress monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Complete comprehensive evaluations and assessments for a diverse student population to identify learning or behavioral needs.
  • Participate actively in the creation and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Develop and monitor Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) to support positive student behavior.
  • Provide ongoing progress monitoring for students receiving special education services.
  • Work closely with educational teams to recommend interventions, accommodations, and strategies.
  • Serve as a resource to staff and families, offering guidance on students’ academic, social, and emotional needs.
