A school psychologist position is available in Carlin, NV, serving a school setting with travel requirements. This role involves providing psychological services to support student learning and well-being.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
- Consulting with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement intervention plans
- Supporting students with behavioral and emotional challenges
- Providing crisis intervention and counseling services
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Traveling between schools or district sites as needed to deliver services
Qualifications:
- Valid school psychologist certification or license
- Master’s or specialist-level degree in school psychology or related field
- Experience conducting assessments and delivering direct services to students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned area
