Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid school psychologist certification and state licensure required
• Experience working with students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Ability to interpret data and recommend targeted strategies for student development
• Knowledge of IEP processes and special education law
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform psychoeducational assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to support student mental health
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents on academic and behavioral interventions
• Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Support crisis intervention efforts and maintain accurate documentation
• Offer recommendations for classroom modifications and behavioral strategies
