Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid and current state certification or license as a School Psychologist
• Experience with psychological assessments, counseling, and intervention services in a school environment
• Strong understanding of IEP processes, educational law, and best practices for student services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to cultural competence, advocacy, and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and assessments to determine eligibility for special education services
• Provide consultation, collaboration, and support to teachers, administrators, and parents on academic and behavioral interventions
• Develop, monitor, and participate in the implementation of student IEPs and 504 plans
• Offer individual and group counseling services to students as needed
• Participate actively in student support teams, crisis intervention, and school-wide prevention programs
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation in a timely manner
