Qualifications:

• Current state certification or license as a school psychologist (or ability to obtain)
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience with psychoeducational evaluations and behavioral interventions
• Proficiency with IEP processes and special education compliance
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt interventions for diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized educational and behavioral plans
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Provide counseling and intervention services for students as needed
• Support crisis intervention and prevention initiatives
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal special education regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and consult with staff regarding strategies for student success
