High School Elementary School Psychologist - Cary, NC

Make an impact working with students from kindergarten through high school as a contract School Psychologist. This full-time opportunity (37.5 hours weekly) focuses on providing essential psychological services to a diverse K-12 student population in a vibrant educational environment near Cary, NC.

Your expertise will support the academic, social, and emotional growth of students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to help students thrive and achieve their potential.

Qualifications & Experience We Look For:

• Active School Psychologist license in North Carolina
• Prior experience or confidence in working across K-12 settings
• Ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
• Familiarity with school-based special education processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Certification as a school psychologist preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform psychoeducational evaluations for students K-12
• Conduct assessments to identify learning and behavioral needs
• Interpret data and communicate results to educational teams and families
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to develop IEPs and intervention plans
• Provide consultation and recommendations to school staff
• Foster a positive, supportive environment for students and staff
