We're partnering with an elementary school district near Castroville seeking a Registered Behavior Technician for a full-time contract assignment. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy supporting students in structured educational settings.

Location: Castroville, CA 95012

Schedule:

• Full-Time

• Monday-Friday

• 35 Hours Weekly

Contract Dates:

• Beginning August 2026

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral support within a classroom environment

• Implement behavior strategies under the direction of a BCBA

• Collect student data and monitor progress

• Collaborate with teachers and related service providers

• Help create a positive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification preferred

• Experience working with children preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills
