Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure as required by the state
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Experience in assessments, counseling, and intervention planning within school settings
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and staff
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, contract environment and navigate MSP systems
• Keen understanding of learning, behavior, and mental health matters in PK-12 populations

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including cognitive, academic, and behavioral evaluations
• Provide consultation and recommendations to teachers, administrators, and parents to support student learning and well-being
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized educational and behavioral intervention plans
• Deliver individual and group counseling as appropriate to student needs
• Assist with Response to Intervention (RTI), IEP meetings, and crisis interventions
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Collaborate with educators and allied professionals to implement support strategies
