Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- New Hampshire state certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Demonstrated experience in conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
- Strong background in developing and monitoring IEPs, 504 plans, and behavior intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills for consultation and collaboration
- Ability to build trust and rapport with students, families, and school teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer assessments to identify academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to design and implement effective interventions
- Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing expertise to support student learning
- Offer crisis intervention and counseling services when needed
- Support the creation of safe, positive, and inclusive school environments through program development and staff training
- Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
