Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive special education evaluations for students in both middle and high school
- Collect and interpret data to inform interventions, eligibility decisions, and support plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, delivering expertise for educational planning
- Utilize best practices in assessment, consultation, and intervention for adolescent learners
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with regulatory and district requirements
Desired Qualifications:
- Hold valid certification and/or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working at the secondary level (grades 7-12) strongly preferred
- Solid background in conducting special education evaluations
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across multiple age groups
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when gathering and presenting assessment data
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment serving both middle and high school students under one roof
