Your Schedule and Impact: Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, working 7 hours each day, giving you the ability to truly connect with students and staff while maintaining work-life balance. As an essential member of the student support team, your insights and interventions will help foster a positive learning environment for all.
What We’re Looking For:
- Washington State Certified School Psychologist (current and valid)
- Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students
- Competence in addressing a variety of student disabilities and learning challenges
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Effective communication skills with students, families, and staff
- Collaborative approach to problem-solving and individualized education planning
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to inform interventions
- Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct and indirect support to students with diverse disabilities
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to promote student success
- Recommend evidence-based strategies to address behavioral and academic concerns
- Help create supportive and inclusive environments in alignment with best practices
