Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a School Psychologist in Washington State
• Experience or strong interest in working with students across elementary and middle school grades
• Ability to support students with diverse disabilities, from mild to severe
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students’ educational and emotional needs
• Develop intervention and support strategies tailored to individual student profiles
• Offer consultation services to teachers and parents, helping them understand and support student growth
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Serve as an advocate for students, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met within the school system
• Maintain thorough and confidential records in compliance with state and federal regulations
