Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligible for licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with students across K-12 settings preferred
• Strong understanding of psychological assessments, IEP processes, and intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to support student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families during the IEP and 504 planning process
• Provide individual and group counseling for students dealing with academic, behavioral, or emotional challenges
• Use data-driven approaches to inform interventions and support multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver professional development to staff on social-emotional learning, behavior management, and related topics
• Serve as a resource on mental health, crisis intervention, and referral processes
