Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligible for licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with students across K-12 settings preferred
- Strong understanding of psychological assessments, IEP processes, and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to support student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families during the IEP and 504 planning process
- Provide individual and group counseling for students dealing with academic, behavioral, or emotional challenges
- Use data-driven approaches to inform interventions and support multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver professional development to staff on social-emotional learning, behavior management, and related topics
- Serve as a resource on mental health, crisis intervention, and referral processes
